Privacy Policy
Effective November 4, 2026
Utahshirt.com ("Utahshirt," "we," "us") prints custom apparel in Orem, Utah. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit utahshirt.com, request a quote, respond to one of our ads, or place an order, and how we use it. We keep it simple: we collect what we need to quote, make, and deliver your order, and we don't sell your information.
Information we collect
- Quote requests. When you use the quote form on our website, we collect your name, email, phone number, organization, project details (apparel type, quantity, deadline, pickup or shipping), and any artwork you upload.
- Facebook and Instagram lead forms. If you fill out a lead form in one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram, Meta shares the answers you submit with us, such as your name, email, phone number, company, and your answers to our questions. We also receive which ad and form you responded to.
- Orders and invoices. When you approve a quote or place an order, we keep your contact details, order details, artwork and mockups, approval records, and, if your order ships, your shipping address.
- Payments. Online payments are processed by Stripe. Your card or bank details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. We receive a record that you paid, the amount, and the date.
- Design Studio. When you design in the Design Studio, your designs and artwork stay in your browser until you request a quote or save the design. If you save or share a design, we store the design, a mockup, and preview copies of its artwork so the link works, plus your email and name if you ask us to email it to you.
- Messages. If you email, call, or message us, we keep that conversation so we can follow up on your project.
- Text messages. If you check "Text me about my quote," we text you from our business line about that request and order. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. We don't share your mobile number or texting consent with anyone for their marketing.
- Ad measurement. We may use the Meta Pixel on our website to see which of our Facebook and Instagram ads lead to visits and quote requests. It records pages viewed and actions like adding an item to the Design Studio cart or sending a quote request. You can control ads based on your activity in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
How we use your information
- To respond to your quote request or ad inquiry and follow up with you
- To prepare quotes, mockups, and invoices, and to produce and deliver your order
- To process payments and keep business and tax records
- To send you emails about your quote or order, such as approval links, invoices, and pickup notices
- To contact you occasionally about future orders. You can ask us to stop at any time.
- To protect our website and business from fraud and abuse
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed for them to do that work:
- Netlify: hosts our website and order system
- FormSubmit: delivers website quote requests to our email
- Google (Gmail): our business email
- Postmark: sends quote, invoice, and order emails
- Stripe: processes payments
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram): runs our ads, lead forms, and ad measurement
- Quo: our business phone, for calls and text messages
- Shipping carriers: if your order ships, they receive your name and address
We may also share information if required by law, or to protect our rights, our customers, or the public.
Your artwork
Artwork and logos you send us stay yours. We use them only to quote, mock up, and print your order. We don't show your designs publicly, for example as samples on our website or social media, without your permission.
How long we keep it
We keep quote and order records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet tax and accounting requirements, generally up to seven years for completed orders. Inquiries that don't turn into an order are deleted when they're no longer useful, or sooner if you ask.
Security
Our website and order system use encrypted (HTTPS) connections, access is password protected, and payments are handled by Stripe. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Deleting your information
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we have about you, including information we received from a Facebook or Instagram lead form. To make a request:
Email utahshirt@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request."
Include your name and the email or phone number you used with us.
We'll confirm and complete your request within 30 days. We may keep records we're legally required to keep, such as tax records for paid orders.
Children
Our services are meant for businesses, organizations, and adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and change the effective date above.
